This home phone model was conceived as an extension of Philips’ design line into the corded phone market. It features a very rational yet innovative configuration and appearance: The vertical proportion delivers a very compact footprint and the device can be placed on a tabletop or mounted on a wall. In either situation the cleverly hinged high-contrast display remains easy to read from any angle. The carefully shaped and weighted handset feels comfortable in the hand and against the ear.
